A folding Santoku for the outdoor chef, the Megatherium is a showcase of the "edge below tab" flipper system of Isham's design. Its wide blade excels at tasks requiring a firm slicing motion and the pseudo-choil allows the user choke-up for delicate tasks. The flipper becomes hidden when the knife is opened for unobstructed optimal performance.
